General Info & Shipping Information QUESTIONS The charge on your credit card statement for your purchase will be from Acute Designs, Etc. Inc. Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Ordering with a credit card expedites your order and provides you with printed documentation concerning your order. We ship in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt. Please contact us with special shipping needs. Be sure to include your order number. Please allow up to 14 business days for all of our personalized items to ship (unless stated otherwise with that item). We do not bill your credit card until your order is shipped. If mailing in a personal check, your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared at the bank. CANCELLATIONS All order cancellations (via email) must be received within 2 hours of order placement.
